   You can easily kill them, just go to the construction set and uncheck essential on them.

   yes. u cant kill them but if your timing is good when u kill anyone of them sneak and pickpocket them and u can get the armor. (i cant remember if u do it when they die or when they come back up? try both.)

   Do you count the armor that adumus philipa and the other captains wear as palace armor?
