That's cos you have to install the original Illumination Within Revised. This file replaces the esp but doesn't give you the meshes and textures, which you get from installing the original file.
I can see the illuminated windows at night, but during the day Bruma chapel has pink glasses...I think it's a missing texture somewhere but how can I find it?
By far the best, most natural lighting mod out there. The fact that homes, shops, guilds, inns, and cathedrals are on separate schedules really adds realism - e.g. it's easy to find an inn or a guild hall in town at night as they're the only ones with their lights on.
The other nice thing is the modularity. The lights look good, but the window textures are so great that really the lights aren't necessary. So on a reasonable system you can get a wonderfully realistic, atmospheric effect with basically no performance impact. A seriously must-have mod!
I've never used any of the IW mods, so I'm kind of unsure about this. As stated in the Readme I installed the IWR meshes and textures. I'm willing to give up some performance for immersion, so which set of esp's do I use if I want lights to come on at different times, like a gradual transition from day to night? I'm not exactly sure what SuperMega is all about.
