Unfortunately this mod conflicts with Slof's Oblivion Horses. So if you're using that, I recommend using DrAquafresh's idea of altering horse speed through the console or use the Construction Set (which I ended up doing, since I learned the basics of it when playing around with Slof's mod).

FUN FACT: You don't need this mod

However, I am not degrading your mod or anything, changing the speed of your horse involves using the console. And since some people are hard-core about playing the 'right' way, this mod is the best choice for them.

If you cheat a crapton and don't give a crap, well then. Yeah, lmao

Anyways, you can change the speed of any horse by bringing up the console, clicking the horse, and typing: setav speed xxx (x being the speed). And wall-a! An overpowered speed boost

but like I said, if you don't like to cheat, thant his mod is perfect for you. Just letting people know in case. 5 stars for this mod, keep up the good work!

The mod works very well, it is exactly for what I looked.

Just damage that wild horses and guards horses are not affected.

Thanks, for your work : )

I just bought Knights of the Nine, and it came with the official horse armor mod. Problem is the moment I bought armor for my good ol' paint horse, the speed went down to what it used to be. =(

Sounds like just the thing I need. I bought a Chestnut horse early in the game. Only a coupe of days ago I bought a new horse for more speed, but (and I am ashamed to say this, being a game) I felt like I had abandoned my trusty old chestnut... so I went back and got him. But at least now I can keep him wihout thinking about getting a faster one :-)
