Description
Just a simple mod and a prove of concept. Basically I want to create a weapon that has special property for killing Goblin. I hate them. The weapon is just an elven mace, no special mesh, and the mace can be found in Anvil Fighters Guild - Company Offices. You just need to be a member of Fighters Guild to grab it; it’s a free for Fighters Guild members. But for balancing, the weapon can be used 5 times before it needs to be recharged. This weapon acts as a normal elven mace when it’s used to non-goblin, and the enchantment is wasted. So pick your target carefully.

Issue and Technical Information
There are some issues however; therefore I say this is still WIP. I don’t know a good way to get the id of all goblins, so I create a new faction. The script is checking for this faction, if the target is a member of the faction the script kill the target. The problem is I have to modify all goblins, adding this faction to each goblin. This means that new goblins added by other mod are immune to the effect. The new goblins should be added to the faction via TESCS. If any of you know other way better than mine please tell me.
