Hm getting to the island it easy, trying to find a opening is quite hard. i've tryed swimming around the island and have found no opening also the dead guy won't show up for me.
Hmm, the dead guy is along the shore, a little south of castle anvil. If you were in that tile already, he might not have been loaded for you :o
The entrance to the dungeon (which requites a key from the dead guy) is at the bottom of the ocean a little bit north of the island.

Hi, there seems to be problem with the basement, everytime i try to enter I just fall through

I went into the game and tried to reproduce the problem, but I went through the doors just fine. :o I uploaded the file again, just in case it ended up being corrupted or something the first time. I wonder if it's possible for there to be a conflict involving interior cell mods? Or perhaps there's a conflict with the exterior cell? But the problem is between the basement and the dungeon, correct?

I also have found the basement from the island
and the door called "Wooden Door to Dining Hall"
that door also doesn't work with "Key to Evyrgry"

If by gate you mean front door, no, it won't. You need to find another way in. Try taking a swim around the island!
