      It affects Athletics, Acrobatics, Blade, Blunt, Destruction Magic, Mercantile, Restoration, and Sneak. Some skills have been buffed a little while others have been buffed a lot to fit in with the specializations they are in such as restoration and destruction. Sorry about the description. I'm new to the modding thing.
