What do you mean by that exactly?  The opposite would mean to simply not install my mod at all, it that is what you are after.

what he means is, is there a mod that would make this guy come on even stronger and faster.

He wants when you start a new game to immediately feel that "we out here".

If that is what is being asked, then I'm afraid that request is outside the scope of this mod, and I am unaware of any mod that does that.  Sorry.

it's probably me, but I've never seen this conjurer whom supposed to hunt me down... are you sure, that this isn't fixed already somewhere, like in the unofficial dlc patches?

Well if the Unofficial Official Mods Patch made any changes to that conjurer they sure made certain to not make any mention of the change in the change log (likelihood of that happening ... somewhere near the center of the triangle defined by the points zero, zip and nil).

I had the UOP and UOMP both installed for this playthrough, and if you read my test report you'll know that the conjurer found me even though I was using an alternate start mod. He traveled all the way from near Fort Urasek just to say hello to my guy before he died.

Two explanations possible for you ... one you did find him but didn't realize who he was, perhaps because you were near a conjurer hideout at the time and he just blended into the scenery, or two you have a mod conflict/mod install problem that has sent him to cyber heaven.

Nobody to my knowledge has messed with this. Not even the Unofficial DCL Patches or any DLC delayer mods changes this. Since you might have missed this, let me show you a quick way to find him. Start a new game with a new character. Make sure you have the Spell Tomes DLC activated and that my Mod is NOT activated (that last part is very important). Now, when you are outside in the Tamriel worldspace, hit the "T" key and wait for 24 hours. If the timer doesn't stop ticking down for less then 24 hours. Wait again. When the timer stops ticking down and you get kicked out of the wait menu, you should be attacked by a Conjurer. That is the Conjerer. He is originally programmed to hunt the player down right at the start of the game when you are out in the Tamriel worldspace. If you are indoors he stops his pursuit, but will continue once you are outdoors. Waiting is the easiest way to run into him because he is pursuing you so staying still makes him find you allot faster. You might have missed him because you most likely ran into him when you are running about. Also, he's programmed to be aggressive and attack anything else that is in your cell space area unless it's friendly to his faction like Deadra and other conjurers. So he might have gotten in a fight with one of the Imperial Legion Soldiers that patrols one of the main roads, and of course lost. I've seen this happen quite allot.

Anyway, I got tired of this jerk, so I made this mod. Now he just spawns and stays in a location with other Conjurers are found and is no longer compelled to hunt down the player anymore.

There is also a third possibility. The conjurer in question might have already been killed by someone else, who was a member of the player faction.I use MOO,and I saw him getting into fight with adventurer on at least one occasion. I've also found his corpse along the road from Imperial City, just outside Weye, and another time closer to crossroads for Skingrad/Bravil.

I've given this a test using my current character, so I'll report what happens if you install this and use the console to bring the conjurer back to life (I'm assuming that anyone who tries using this without starting a new game has already killed the conjurer in question).

After you enable and resurrect him he will be where ever it was you first killed him (in my case, because I used an alternate start for my current character, he was killed near the road that leads to Lord Drad's estate, outside of Anvil). When NPCs like bandits/marauders/conjurers/necromancers are away from their editor location by a large enough margin they will walk back to their editor location (and in this case to his new editor location), and while walking back will not be hostile unless the player attacks.

In my tests I did a run-through where I used the console to move to the conjurer and then followed him all the way to that "undisclosed" location from just outside Anvil. He walked, the guards and non-hostile NPCs along the way didn't bother with him (though he did have a couple of tussles with a bandit or two ... I kept him healed up so I could complete the test). Like all NPCs in the game, he also took about the longest route possible to get to the undisclosed location ... and yes, walked the entire way.

In another test I made my way directly to that undisclosed location immediately after enabling and resurrecting him. As expected he wasn't there when I first arrived, so I amused myself by playing with the local inhabitants, had a nap and something to eat (Basic Primary Needs mandated it). Sure enough, he finally made it to the undisclosed location and was none too pleased that I'd tracked down his hide-out.

I don't foresee any issues for users who want to use this mod on a current character who has already met and dealt with our conjurer friend (of course console necromancy will be required).

    - Edit - Reported to mhahn123 at the BOSS Masterlist for Oblivion page.

    - Edit 2 - Added to the Jan 14 2017 version of the BOSS Masterlist.

I never realized that was the cause of the random Conjurer! Thanks for solving a problem I didn't know I had

I actually like having that conjurer hunt me down and attack me. It leads to some unique situations.
