Thanks. A 2 hander that only did 17 damage on my lvl 31 (blade 100) character at 125% condition (far less damage than a one-hand daedric dagger) is ridiculously underpowered for a quest reward weapon. Now it does over 30 and no worries about low level characters getting it, as you have to be deep into the Fighters' Guild questline to be able to receive it anyway. And a weapon that silences with every strike is always useful against pesky summoner liches and xivilai at high levels.
