Hello.

First, sorry for my English, I am not a native speaker. I am not willing to use any translators, because I can reach such translate quality by myself.

- What does the mod do?

It prevents low-level items like iron and leather equipment from disappearing later in game and weak creatures like rats and wolves from mutating into bears and minotaurs. When you progress, high-level environment starting to appear, but low-level still on it's place.

Leveled items are untouched, so where it was predefined by Bethesda - you get a highest option from list for your current level (true for Daedric artifacts and such things). Where not - a random pick from bottom of the list, but not higher that your current level. Not just last 8 levels.

- Compatibility.

It adjusts two game settings: iLevCreaLevelDifferenceMax and iLevItemLevelDifferenceMax from 8 to 99. So it is compatible with everything that doesn't change these two.

- Requirements.

Just nothing. I don't know why Bethesda haven't done this by themselves.

I doubt that it is possible and reasonable to reach 100 level in game.
I haven't found such a mod without anything else changed, so I uploaded this.
