Added bank account feature to the Bank Representative. You can deposit and withdraw gold from your account. You will gain ten-percent interest when below five-thousand Septims, five-percent when below ten-thousand, and one-percent when above ten-thousand.
Added two NPCs to Bruma. A Nord money changer named Olaf Eiriksson, with his enforcer Leif Steinarsson. They have the same dialogue as their respective counterparts in the Imperial City. However, their loans are separate. So you can take loans with both.
Standardized all of the dialogue. Now you don't see "I want to exchange Septims" and "Do you have banknotes?". Rather it's now all the former and looks much nicer.
Standardized all of the pay options. When you pay for something (not stores, but loans and such), you will always pay in Septims first. Then it will check for banknotes, from largest to smallest.
There is no fee for changing Septims into banknotes now. The bank charges a ten-percent fee, however, on changing banknotes back into Septims.
Version 1.2
Added gold and silver ingots, with the permission of Conifer. Now there is actual gold and silver to exchange Septims/banknotes into. Thanks again, Conifer!
Added names to all of the NPCs, they're unique.
Added NPC AI so that even though the NPCs may move a little each time the cells are loaded, they will always return to their old spots on Morndas.
Added stocks to the Bank Representative (now Numerius Metellus Dives). There is only one stock option, the "One share" stock of the East Empire Company. This is a test to see if players like it, and if it works as intended.
Version 1.1
Added the "Enforcer", a thug that will hunt you down if you have a debt with the Money Changer. He will come every Sundas, until you pay up.
Added a new option to pay debts. Simply select the option to pay debts, and you can now use banknotes or a mix of Septims and bankotes.
Added a "one-thousand" Septim loan to the "Money Changer", this is the planned max.
Changed the text at the end of banknotes, from "POTENTATE, Ocato of Firsthold", to "ELDER COUNCIL, headed by High Chancellor Ocato of Firsthold". This is due to how Ocato didn't become Potentate until AFTER the Oblivion crisis.
