1) doesn't need to be checked, as the author stated; it's Bash mergeable, so it doesn't take up an esp slot.
2) OOO overrides it. All the author did was remove the stock Gray Cowl script from the cowl. OOO puts it back because it has its own Cowl script that adds the bounty, detect life effects, & other stuff that nobody ever asked for. To use this mod with OOO and thereby remove all the unwanted stuff OOO does to the Cowl, you need to add the bash tag "scripts" to this mod's esp and place it very low in your order. I also added "Enchantment stats" tag, because I edited the Cowl's enchantment to remove the detect life effect.
