I designed the mod to have the least game impact possible. That's why I didn't touch Trenus. You can see him hanging around the city, you just won't enter his original house because there is a different door in front of it.
Yeap, I avoided touching those references. I believe it'll make it easier to uninstall too. However, unistalling mods is always tricky. I hope you enjoy it.
