I uploaded a Wrye Bash BCF for this mod at Wrye Bash BCFs Collection for Mods. It will convert the archive into a BAIN-friendly one to make it easier to install.
You should probably separate the Lightning effect replacer into a separate mod, because by god it is better than vanilla, and It'd be a shame if peopled overlooked it like A perfect Normals Lich Textures and other mods with better textures for the game due to what they were included with, or their names.
I forgot to add in the description: to test this mod, you can find a storm atronach in the creature testing area... ...press the tilde key (below the escape key) to open the console, then type coc testinghall followed by enter. Once in the testing hall, the creature test area can be found through a door in the central section. To pause the fighting, open the console again and type tai then enter. This toggles the artificial intelligence.
