This is the best sun glare I ever found! It is so realistic like the naked eye sees the sun. Not the lens effect most have. This always brings me closer into the game. Thank you!
I agree. It is perfect, and lightweight. Thank you sefmonsta.
WOW i never see nothing like this sun mod its great... Its like a new game now , amazing, sefmonsta can you make same for others like fallout3,NV,Skyrim^^?PLSPLSPLS
I actually made a Skyrim version (reworked for the colder climate) some time ago, but I've since un-installed the game... if I release it on the Skyrim Nexus, would you be up for adding some example pics on my behalf?

I'm running a very heavily modded game with several tweaks and customised textures. Some of them I'm going to release as mods if I can get the required permissions from the original authors. My main mods are...
all natural (weather) natural habitat + diverse grasses
OBGE with liquid water and following shaders: Bokeh_Hexagon_DoF.fx=1 CrysisDoF.fx=1 ColorMood.fx=1 Godrays.fx=1 HLSLbleachbypass.fx=1 HLSLColorGrading03.fx=1 Ring_SSAO.fx=1 Volumetric_SSAO.fx=1 (all with custom settings via support plugin- if anyone knows how to export these from a savegame using Wrye etc., let me know)
Customised HDR via an ESP I will release if I can ever get CS working again
Several Texture mods, using QTP3 + redimized as a base
RAEVWD (did I spell that right?)
My game is modded for a PC I haven't built yet, just as it was before I got the one I'm using!
I am sure this is good but your screen shots of your mod are very poor. The sun seems to be hidden behind trees. You will get a much better response to your mod if your pics actually show the sun without anything blocking it. Your pics make it seem as if you are hiding something. Let your sun shine!
The users uploaded pics are far better. I would suggest using those. First impressions are everything and people do judge books by their cover. It is just some advice and constructive criticism.
"As the sun passes through the sky, the colour fringe effect can be seen as the 'shards of light' pass in-front of near objects (e.g. trees)."
I think that pretty much explains the reason behind the tree shots. The way I see it they are there simply to exemplify the accomplished effect rather than just showing you how the sun looks in a particular weather at a particular time of the day in his game world (which could also be affected by other factors such as shaders, gamma, etc).
A few extra shots of the sun in a clean sky wouldn't have hurt, though.
