This was a simple fix that I think greatly improves the environment. Now you may see a twinkle of light in the distance as you approach a campsite and can look forward to relaxing at the fire before sleeping for the night. Of course after killing off the bandits that were occupying the camp.
I hope everyone that adds this mod enjoys it and thanks for downloading.
Checking through TES4Edit, Better Camps adds bunch of things for immersion and seems to cover more camps than this one which just simply adds campfires. But you properly know it all!
Nope I don't test my mods with mods I do not use. There are way too many and I would end up testing for months. Try it and see if it does, if it does work together well then all is good. If 1 or 2 campsites are messed up then tes4edit the fires out. if the 2 mods are completely incompatible then it is your choice on which to use. If you had to remove a couple fires or they are not compatible then making a post stating the cells they were in or that they do not work together will help others.
This is great, thank you! I even wonder why nobody came up with that idea until now ...
One thing though: In the description you said there were 2 versions. As far as I understood, these are: 1. Non-Light fires, being lit day and night. 2. Lightsource fires, being lit only during nighttime.
But there is only one esp in your folder. Could you explain that a bit further, please? Thanks in advance!
2 versions of fire one works 24 hours a day and the other only at night. Not 2 versions of the mod. I was explaining why the fires look brighter during the night compared to others.
I originally added the version that has a built in light source and it looked good at night but was out during the day. I didn't want to spend all day going to each spot and change it to a static and add the light source without fire so I just cloned the fire and did a search and replace. 1 less step but also no adjusting the lights position.
