LOVE THIS. 1st mod I install when reinstalling Oblivion. Really helps drawn me into the world and doesn't grate on my nerves after a while like the "real" soundtrack does.
Thanks to all the comments. It's been a few years, but I'm inspired to do more. The music for Skyrim is very good, much better IMO than the official score for Oblivion. I might create an alternate score for those who are interested (with alternate file names). I am in the slow process of updating my sound and sample sets to have fairly realistic instruments to draw from. Thanks again for commenting and downloading!
Thanks for sharing the music, John! I can't play Oblivion right now, but some of this will be eminently useful for background music during my sessions GMing for other roleplayers.
I've been listening through these sets. While the music is quite good... it doesn't seem to fit into Oblivion. Some tracks do, like the tavern songs, but some others... For example, the battle tracks. They don't really feel fitting. Some of the other tracks do, though, which is good, but... the battle ones are just a bit too slow, in starting and in general, for me. So... I'll abstain from rating this.
I love this music! Just one thing though, when I copy the new theme music into my music folder, it is converted into the original music! What gives? I have tried to copy it back again and again, but the same thing happens. Any suggestions?
FYI - Due to one of the uploads in the series having a corrupt file, I am uploading all files to this mod page and will delete the rest. (Consolidating)
