i just downloaded it and played through it. everything worked fine except for the missing pants guy. i had no door glitch. so that was probably something to do with your game.
im going to look around in the cs with this mod and ill look at the inn keepers inventory and see if i can find a fix for it.
to fix that skeleton bug. heres what you need to do. open up the mod in the CS. find the skeleton. Select the skeleton. then turn on havok sim. and then skeleton will fall down like it was ment to do.
to turn on havok sim. just look at this picture and it will tell you how. incase you didnt know how.
now that part with the door bug. ill download the mod and check it out. if i find the problem ill tell you how to fix it.

Except for this mod, of course.
I'll redownload it and keep on updating it.
instead of giving him steel greaves and steel boots.
give him regular clothing pants.

and shoes of some kind.
apparently his script is causing him not to equip armor for some reason.
i might try looking into it further.
