This was so fun and creative to look at. Sadly the golden award and skeleton hand is stuck in the air when I get it out of my inventory. I just love to decorate my house with tons of stuff but I still loved this!
I'm pretty much a hard core adventurer and not much into glitz and partying but this mod looked too interesting not to check out. I'm glad I did. The atmosphere of this festival fits beautifully into the world of Oblivion. There's so much to do and see that I'll have to come back next month to see what I missed. The only nit I have to pick is not being able to loot the mugger after he tried to fleece me. Thanks harisonzamperla & directorrick7 for an A+ job.

@nery89 - I will look into it. It's been a while since I made the additions so I don't remember what all was used out of SI. I do know that dive rock won't have it's magical floating look to it if removed so if you're big on aesthetics, it might not be worth it.
