   -20 for me. No idea what happened, worked fine when I installed it in a ongoing gameplay. Started a new one now and it starts as -64.
   
   Update on this, activating the mod after reaching 100 Intelligence works, but I really wish to use it from the start of the gameplay.

   When I use Intelligence.esp, I have max. magicka (-33)

      I guess you also use some other mod that alters the magicka amount you have, with my mod's calculations you can never get below 0 magicka.
