Feel free to leave me feedback! I'd like suggestions on what I could improve, etc. I have some concerns that the trader's inventory is too over-powered for low level characters and too under-powered for high level characters (might look into fiddling around with leveled lists if I get a request or two for it).
As for the house itself, I do realise nearly all of the books on the floor can't be moved or picked up (more than likely because they're inside the floor), but I'll be fixing that in an update soon enough.
This is compatible with Deepscorn Hollow. I just placed the house exterior on top of the island (perhaps too close to the bridge). The only dependency should be Oblivion.esm, so it doesn't touch the Hollow in any way.
Is this incompatible with Deepscorn Hollow? If so, you should change it as not many people will download something that conflicts with an official DLC.
