Good idea, I've been reducing some of the _far models for buildings as well. Would you be interested in optimizing more of the _far trees? In my opinion they need a stark reduction... distant Oblivion trees are normally FLAT.
Edit: I take that back, the _far.nifs were from the RAEVWD packages, not the original mod's fault. Guess I better get to making some tree sprites! Because this mod is super beautiful with all the trees showing.
You know, it might just be me, but looking at the comparison I almost think the reduced version looks better. Like, cleaner and less jagged. Maybe it's just the angle. O.o
Exellent mod. Ill test it and endorse it in a few hours. I have like 1000 mods and even with my mobster pc was running a little slow sometimes now with this one ill atleast have some extra fps.
