Before I download: Is there any way to keep the torches lit indefinitely? I live in a dark cave player home, and I'm trying to light it up so I don't have to use Night Eye just to navigate my own home anymore. I tried a different "drop lit torches" mod and as soon as I left my home and came back, the torch was gone.
Someone think they can help me? This mod works, as in I can drop torches, but the torch casts no light. I tried with other torch mods too and the same thing happens. What file/setting even handles this??
Doesn't work for me. Torch does not drop at all. It just goes back into my inventory when I equip a weapon. I can configure a hotkey to equip the torch so I know the mod is recognized but it's just not dropping for me.
Make sure you apply "Scripts" Bash Tag (and optionally Stats if you want torches to have weight and value) to this before generating a Bashed Patch - otherwise the unofficial patch's changes will overwrite this (dropped torches will be unlit).
Mod doesn't work at all for me. When I draw a weapon the torch doesn't fall on the ground, but just disappears in my inventory. My load order: Oblivion.esm ROM Drop Lit Torches.esp
Deactivated any other mod to make sure there's no conflict. I'm using obse v.21
My torches burn when they fall to the ground, but they do not emit light...please help me, it's the best DLT in my opinion, but the torches should emit light
I use this along with darker dungeons and real lights.Without a torch it is pitch black. Is it normal for light sources to pierce through walls? and if its not does any one know how to fix it? ...it really breaks the immersion that the mods I use bring into the game.
Thanks wkomarecki for the endorsement. But that is absolutely true--you should definitely load this mod after the OOO-DLT remover, if you are playing with OOO.
