Some of us are loading a vanilla Oblivion with tons of mods, and mods like this which just give you vague hints on how to get it after you go through the trouble of installing it irritate me immensely.
I've wasted half an hour searching the Waterfront for a bottle and I'm not wasting anymore. Uninstalled this mod, next time say explicitly where it can be found.
i rate this file a 4/10. while the idea is certainly cool, the item itself is not very good. the textures look like... for lack of a better word, crap, and only 2 claws? cmon.. make something that looks cool like the wrist blades from diablo 2 expansion. the item is a great idea but it needs work. a lot of work.
