good mod, good adition to my game. I use OOO with MMM, I have maximum spawns + adrenaline Oblivion (spawns are multiplied byt 3 or so) and Blindeye resilient creatures that increases most monster's HP by 3 times. On top of all that hardest difficulty, and you get Titan rats and game actually poses challenege, however some rooms contain over 15 daedra that 1 hit kill with power attak even on high levels, sneaking and cracking their necks (aka insane deadly sneaking damage) fits into the game perfectly. Some consider it a cheat mod, well imagine your enemies have 3 times HP and for every single guy there is now at least 3 more, old room with 5 people? make it 20 now along with other things mentioned above, sneaking becomes survival. Good mod, would be super nice if sneaking attaks could be replaced by animations of the player killing silently such as covering target's mouth as the player slices throat or punctures from the back.
