You still get the full normal bonuses at the level up screen in addition to the attribute increases during play, in contradiction to the mod's description.
Not sure if it is caused by this mod (I don't have any other mod affecting leveling and char attributes), but my level stopped increasing after I've achieved 100 in all main attributes on level 31. Meaning no health increases + training is still set to 10/10 from the last time I used it, in spite of how many times I sleep to get new level :/ Only console commands are the option for me after that, plus knowing what my stats should look like with help of this site https://ocp.uesp.net/.
It doesn't work retroactively, and in order to activate the mod you have to go by the tutorial sewers. It's meant to be on from the beginning of the playthrough
Does this actually work? I have a level 16 character and her main attributes haven't budges beyond my own +1's on every level. The health gain seems to be working appropriately but my strength, according to the description, should have been spiking with my constant use of blade.
Did you install this mid-game? The mod doesn't activate until you exit the sewers at the tutorial, so you may need to go back over by the sewers and get the prompt telling you Galerion leveling is working
I feel like it should be an attribute increase should be 1 per 2 skill increases, since that's kinda what it is in vanilla (needing 10 skill increases to get a 5x modifier on level up)
Not sure how. If you pick a normal warrior class, with majors in weapon, armor, block, restoration maybe, you still level up incredibly quickly, and still have to think about which skills to use to avoid the major skill increases. Only now you are not limited to 3 attributes per level up. Yes, this mod does make things better, but not that much better.
This mod doesn't control the speed of leveling- for that try downloading Galerion Slower Leveling. If it is still too fast for you, open that mod up in TES4Edit and increase the "fSkillUseMajorMult"? (controls the leveling speed of major skills- higher number makes it slower) mine is set to 2.0. While you're at it you can increase the "fSkillUseMinorMult" as well to slow down your minor skill increases.
Been replaying Oblivion lately, and this mod is a must have for me.
I really enjoy attributes increasing as you level up skills without the need for sleep, while also retaining the normal level up screen from sleeping to put an extra point in an attribute for a more controlled boost. And as others have previously mentioned, it still has that vanilla feel without being a complete overhaul.
Finally, no more micromanaging. I can play as I see fit.
Been using this mod for a bit now, more precisely Revised, but I believe the comment should be made here instead.
Thank you so ever much for making this mod. It fixes Oblivion's leveling in such a simple way without overhauling the nature of leveling up completely like other mods do so it's in my opinion very "vanilla-esque" and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to revisit Oblivion without wanting to install many mods or any besides the unofficial patches. It truly is amazing :) Thank you so much once again!
Does this mod require OBSE? I am planning a very lightly modded Oblivion (this + Unofficial patches) and was going to skip the script extender. It doesn't say it's required on the description page, and I haven' downloaded it yet, so can't access the read me. Can someone please let me know? Thank you.

I have same question
