Actually, a sword made with the intention of it being a functional weapon, not a wall-hanger, would not weigh anywhere near 10-20 pounds. The biggest of swords might weigh a little over 5 lbs, but most are less than 3.5 lbs (Cold Steel makes a scimitar/shamshir that weighs less then 2 lbs).
I can only assume that the weights in Oblivion are not in units of pounds, as none of them make any sense otherwise.
That said, this is one of the best-looking sword mods I've seen for Oblivion, and I do agree that it should feel fast and deadly. Well done.

Thank you! I put a ton of custom work into my character, but the race is a combination of Tabaxi with AlienSlof's tabby Khajiit textures, and the face textures by an author I unfortunately can't remember. I'm not sure if Slof's work can still be found on the Nexus, but the Tabaxi race is a good place to start.
