For anyone having trouble installing this with OBSE or encountering issues with Mod Organizer, install this mod manually by placing ONLY the AddActorValues.dll file into Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins.
The AddActorValues_CS.dll isn't needed for other mods to use this.
This is how I fixed my issues and I thought I should share. I haven't run into any issues since removing the one .dll
Even if installing with Mod Organizer, delete all the esp and dll files except AddActorValues.dll during installation, or afterwards from within the installed mod's filetree.
seriously, is it that hard for the hundreds of people that have FREE access to the un-paid hard WORK of volunteering modders to just rearrange a couple of folders in a standard archive file? after all, modding oblivion, as hard as it is, should have at least taught you how to restructure folders and files... besides, like the description clearly says, this is a modder resource, and NOT a mod in itself...
I was struggling with this, but I found the read.me after I downloaded it. Took me longer than I'd like to admit to find it lol.
"Copy the contents of the archive's "Oblivion\" folder to the "Oblivion\" folder on you computer where the game is installed. Because it uses OBSE plugin libraries, AddActorValues itself doesn't need any 'activation'. Once installed, it is always active. If you want to playtest the demo mod, however, remember to activate it in your mod list before running Oblivion."

i hope there is a way to disable it, thanks
seriously is it that hard to package your mod correctly and save hundreds of people the trouble?

Just same as any mod?
