   Yes but most people dont know how to mod anything and its easier this way so if u want waste your time then go ahead other people can save time.

   I think this should be categorized under "combat" or possibly "Gameplay Effects and Changes" rather than "Default - I forgot to set this."

   Something that can easily be set (to a range of optional speeds) in Wrye Bash.)
