About this mod

This mod attempts to make merchants more useful than just to buy the PC�s loot and to overhaul the loot system so that each enemy lair is different and unique to that enemy, as well as make caves, forts, and ruins unique from each other. There is also now a chance that clutter will be equipable as either armor or a weapon.

This is my attempt to change the whole "I have 100 million septims in the beginning of the game but no good armor to purchase until I level up so I will hoard my cash" to "I have no money at the beginning of the game and I really want that shiny new ebony sword that I can't afford from that merchant". In other words, I have unleveled everything but made finding valuable loot very difficult, which means you will most likely buy armor and weapons instead of just looting dead bad guys.

Oh, and you can finally poke someone's eye out with a fork! Or hit someone with a ladder Or a cup or a paint brush! Yes, that useless clutter can now be a weapon or shield! 

Pickpockets!! Every city now has pickpockets that will steal a percentage of your gold if your not careful or not a member of the thieve's guild. You can always attempt to steal the gold back or find a dark alley and get your revenge.

Ever felt that Ayleid ruin wasn't very Ayleidy? Or that vampire lair was pretty bland? Or wondered why human blood viles couldn't satisfy your vampiric thirst? Well this mod changes that by adding faction specific loot to each faction. Vampire lairs have new ingredients and human blood vials that are scripted to give the effect of human feeding for vampires and new vampire disease potions which will infect you with Porphyric Hemophilia. Necromancer lairs have black soul gems, necromancer staffs, and new ingredients. Oblivion realms have Daedric staffs, and daedric torches. Ayleid ruins have Ayleid staffs, ayleid torches, and ayleid dishes/clutter.

This mod increases the items that vendors have available for sale, and their inventories will now include a chance of receiving enchanted items, new staffs, new torches, lanterns and Ayleid weapons, based upon the original type of items they sold. Mage guild vendors are now able to sell staffs, along with their normal items. Certain smiths will sell lockpicks, similar to the function of a “locksmith” . A new, but rare and expensive potion has been created that cures Vampirism, and is only available at select merchants.

Ok, now for the specifics of each plugin:

MALO - Clutter Replacer
Modifies clutter leveled lists to include chance of clutter being weapon/armor
Adds value and weight to clutter
All new torches are drop lit torches  

MALO - Guards and Legionnaires
Levels all City Watch to level 15, Palace Guards to level 20, Legionnaires to level 20-30, Blades to level 25-35
Adds new cuirass to IC Watch
Replaces cuirass for Palace Guards, Legionnaires, Blades and Dragon Armor

MALO - Guild and City Ownership
Adds guild ownership to items in guild halls
Adds city ownership to barrels, crates, sacks, etc. in cities, villages and inns
Adds static level locks to certain containers

MALO - Hired Guards
Adds hired guards to every shop and to castles
Adds prisoners to prison cells

MALO - Loot Tweaks
Unlevels loot levelled lists
Adds new enemy specific loot to caves, forts, and ruins
All new torches are drop lit torches
Clothing Chests now contain only clothing and jewelry
Removes repair hammers and lockpicks from container loot
Removes weapon and armor loot from containers

MALO - NPCs and Creatures
Unlevels Bandits, Marauders, Conjurers, Vampires, Necromancers and creatures
Adds scavengers and tomb raiders
Adds faction specific items to NPCs
Makes glass and daedric weapons and armor unlootable

MALO - Pickpockets
Adds pickpockets to every city

MALO - Vendor Additions
Unlevels vendor items
Adds new vendor chests to merchants increasing items for sale

All the plugins are mergeable with one another.
