    I'd make a few changes.

    Only skills that raise STR, END and AGI should be counted. Those skills affect health and damage. Light Armor should NOT be used as it affects speed, which isn't essential to survival. High hit points to match mobs, high damage output to kill mobs. Also those should be linked before a level is gained. If you gain levels only after increasing damage, that's great, but you will die quickly. If you increase after gaining higher hit points, you'll survive longer, but will kill slower while the mob will be harder to kill and be just as survivable as you.

    To increase 1 level, you need to raise STR +5 & END +5 & AGI +5.

    Something like that.
