I like the mod a lot. However, I generally agree with Popcorn71s statement. It would be fantastic if you would optimize the mod in the way he said too, Oblivion is one of those games that absolutely needs optimization if you use a lot of mods.
I looked at the texture files, and the alternate seems to have a reddish color on the main part of the blade, where the main file has the same color on the entire blade. I'll upload a screen shot comparing the two dds files.

The sword is so cool and i like watching fate/stay night and it would be great if you could make armor from fate/stay night
