I confirm what "nelsonassassin" said 6 posts below. This mod is not ready to use as is and needs cleaning to remove all the useless cell edits that spoil all the ground all over Tamriel. I was in Kvatch cathedral when I plugged this mod on and when I got out, there was collapsed valleys and flying grounds filling the view in front of me. So I closed the game and looked inside the mod with Tes4Edit 2.2.2. and it showed a huge amount of ground cells edited outside of Black Marsh that should be deleted. As the author says, its in early alpha stage, that means it is not ready to play but just to check with the aim to improve it. Meanwhile, do not save a game with it or you would be sorry, but anyone can check without saving and not getting angry wxith the bugs. This is normal for an early alpha stage afterall. The Total Tamriel ground defs needed for the mod should be checked too. I'm not sure if it is safe or not.
@coffinbag For your information, Google Translate does not work. For example, use "are you nice" in English, and translate it to French. Copy the French, put it in the translation text area, (Where you type what you want to translate) and translate it in English, and it will be different. See?

I mean in Cyrodill, (Imperial City, Leyawiin, Bruma, those areas) just has no ground, just water. And the screen freezes when you fast travel there. So, I wouldn't recommend downloading this. This mod is a .esm, which is a MASTER file, it should be a .esp which would be a PLAYER file. There is Oblivion.esm and then Argonian.esm, and you can only have ONE. Turn off Oblivion.esm, you can't play. Turn off Argonian.esm, your game is fixed.
