I know it's been 2 years but yeah... You can open the command console by pressing the key above Tab (below Esc, the one that you use to put ° or | ) .
Once you open the console, you can type "tfc" without the quotations and press enter, tfc means "toogle free camera". If you are on first person view, you will only be able to see your arms, go to 3rd person view in order to see your character.
Good idea indeed, but "Lynge's Unlimited Death Reload Time" has been up for a year... I know how it is with the searching anf not finding though, I stumbled upon it by accident. ">
