It probably back then Saaya probably did had a BBB C-cup underwear mesh there, that mod of Saaya's only contains E-cup stock replacers of clothes & armor. Now this mod of Saaya does has the BBB c-cup: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/33851
lol I might have linked the wrong file, I was up late and tired, I even messed the packages up too, but fixed them quick. let me update my stupidity lol
Look into Blockhead ... quite possible you already have it installed. It is fully capable of have many body options applied at the same time, on both a PerRace and PerNPC basis.
I've made that a personal choice, and havn't decided to upload it, maybe I can, by default I keep them in a jewell box on the small table in the prison (game start) advice where to put them and I can make it happen easilly.

EDIT: Dumb me xD I thought this is wearable underwear but this is a fully replacer, isn´t it?
I have the nude C-Cup and I will stay with it ^^
Exept the only thing is that the underwar on my Skryrim khajiit is messing up and there are only wihite skin, no stripes/spots etc.
is there a way to fix this?
