This might sound a bit dumb, but is there another MOD like this to upgrade all other armor and weapons? I know that those are leveled too, so both would go hand-in-hand very well.
This isn't working for me, I installed it right checked it in the oblivion startup and everything; But i don't get the quest leveler item in my inventor, i tried the STARTWQUEST thing but that didn't work either.
It was great up until a point. Specifically reaching level 25.
As soon as I level up to 25 everything is unequipped, I receive the updated version of the Wizard's Fury spell from the Mages Guild, my usual enchanted clothing is whisked off me and I'm automatically equipped wearing a mish-mash of unenchanted armor in my inventory. I can no longer wear every piece of enchanted jewellery in my inventory (from Unlimited Amulets & Rings) let alone on top of that my enchanted trader belt and my usual enchanted cape. If I try to equip a third ring or second amulet slot item it just tells me "You cannot wear this enchanted item right now." And then there's the message spam which I got rid of with another mod, too. It's as if upon reaching level 25 other mods become non-existant and fail to work as they once did.
I unchecked this mod and loaded my game again and the weirdness didn't happen, I was still safely wearing my assortment of jewellery and clothing of choice.
So, unfortunately I can no longer use this mod because of that.
I have no idea, why. I tried unequip it, put in chest, save, exit, remove plugin, add again, load etc.... no success Any ideas?

Maybe that's because Bladeturn Hood is from the Mehrunes Razor official plugin, not from vanilla Oblivion? You'd need a separate plugin for every mod that adds leveled items, the maker of this mod cannot presume that everybody who wants to use this mod has all the official plugins...
The mod doesn't (or shouldn't) change that quest script, and unloaded it definitely shouldn't be having an effect.
Maybe your start by not being a vampire mod left some variables incorrectly set or something... screwing with the quest to get into it without getting into it correctly.
Aye, you're right, and I nixed that and several others. I think some of it was also conflicts with the no-longer new beta patch, since that was giving me an insane number of other glitches. Broke about half my mods, and I had to go almost from scratch. "> Oh well.
Thank you for this mod, though. I feel better not having to wait until I'm a high enough level to go ahead and finish quests. lol.
