Okay... besides the fact that its exactly like DHs Faster Skills (and, in fact, is only three letters off in name)...
Based on its own merits; for most playthroughs I wouldn't use it, but the x10 multiple helps when I want to get a character leveled up quickly using a leveling mod which is screwed up by cheats (test out late game build, test out high level content for a mod, ect.).
Of course, I haven't downloaded it. Because, you know, I have something exactly like it. So, there may be a bug. Their shouldn't be though; this is one of the most simple mods you could design.
To anyone using this; load this near the end or last, depending on what you have. If you have any mod which relies on a specific andvancement speed for skills, don't use this.
