Amazing house but I kind of think it doesn't fit the Imperial City's architecture. If the interior looked like other Imperial City homes then this mod would be absolutely perfect.
Awesome house, i always wake up here after a drinking night on the feed bag. More houses on the other alleys with npc living there would be pretty cool too.
If you are a starting character looking for a simple place to live in a convenient location, this does the job very nicely. I doubt the mod author even looks here anymore, given the year it was uploaded, but the only thing I'd suggest to perhaps compensate for the free crash pad, might be some kind of reasonably basic quest. Though, I imagined that my character already had the place before being jailed, which works fine too.
I have a recollection that the mod needed cleaning with TES4EDIT, but I may be wrong since I cleaned a number of mods and I can't quite remember. Worth a quick check to see if it needs cleaning, however.
