A one-room apartment in the Market District of the Imperial City. The mod was created with lower-level characters in mind, so there are not any items in the house that would be unbalancing for a low-level character to have.

You now have a crappy apartment in the Imperial City Market District.
Yay.
YAY! Actually, that is kind of cool. It beats having to run all the way to the Waterfront for a place to sleep and store your stuff, and it is convenient to shopping.
It is a free, one-room apartment with a fireplace. All the storage in there is safe for your stuff (non-respawning containers). The whole house is made with existing meshes and textures, but they include stuff from Shivering Isles. REQUIRES SHIVERING ISLES.
I made this apartment mod with lower-level characters in mind, so there are no enchanted items in the house, and nothing that would be unbalancing for a low-level character to have (although I did stash 150 gold away in a jewelry box).

The door to the apartment is in an alley between The Feed Bag and Red Diamond Jewelry in the Market District.
