      Just need to extract it to a temporary Data/Sound/Voice folder, then re-package it into an archive and install using a mod manager. Is a bit annoying though to be fair.

   After i kill the and go talk to his grandson he dosnt have any options just says "hope i can help"
   can any one point me in the right direction

   Hey. Downloaded the other mod and saw the recommendation for this addon to the mod.
   
   I used 7-Zip to extract everything to the Oblivion Data folder and whatnot, but when I did the same to this addon this happened:

   Should I be concerned at all? I tried reextracting the file and it of course asked me if I wanted to replace the existing file, but the same message in the picture came up each time. About to go check out the mod ingame and see what's up.

      that message usually comes up if your download has failed in any way its annoying especially on large files but all you can do is re-download.

   The voice acting is indeed a bit off. But it's still better than no talking at all.
   Reminds me of me, when I was trying out talking in my YT videos first time. It's quite hard, if the text is long and complicated and you aren't a social type and you don't have professional sound hardware nor software.
   But practice and discipline makes perfect. And also a sound tuning program can help to fine tune your 90 year ol' bum sounding voice into a beautiful model voice.

    how do i install if i just use obmm
    
    i tried to make 2 folders and add both which did not work.
    
    and i tried putting the sounds from this one into the old mod and activate it that way which did not work either :s
