Thanks for this! I didn't want to have to do the quest, and hiding the key makes it at least a bit less like cheating (even though it still is)! For the guy that is having a problem finding it, it isn't really that hard at all to find...
are u an idiot, i was thinking great a mod to cure this stupid disease, then the key is literally impossible to find and the creator of the mod is just sitting behind his desk having a laugh make things easy, all we want is a cure for the disease not some dumb f**king hide and seek for a key, change this man ur file will get more endorsements if u do.
I give this a 10 out of 10. Found the key was hard to find, then I simply used an illumination spell and found it on the floor. People you have to think outside the box when trying to find something. Making something easy to find takes away from the fun.
It may be fixed with the new changes, but the reason I looked old was that my entire face had somehow reset shape. I used a mod to change race to re-fix it, but it was fairly annoying... I'm unsure if this is a problem with normally being cured or not.
Oh, the key? Er, I found it by accident... on the floor in the girl's room. I forget her name, but there are only two people with their own rooms anyway, and one's the guy who invites you in.
EDIT: Uhh... The forum is apparently having issues. Posting lagged and doubled what I said. Wierd.
Whoever made this mod is having a laugh. I have searched every nook & cranny in, and around, the safehouse in Cheydenhal, and have seen no sign of a key.
And so the small surprise would eat me for breakfast anyway?
Bah.
Right, I'm off to buy some Soul Gems, guess I'd better hope that old bint feels like making me a potion.
the new version without the trap is out. So it would be nice to know where the key is. Ive been looking for an hour now. The woman from the vampire quest who makes you the potion simply doesnt want to make me it after ive brought her all the ingredients and ive also waited about a week in-game time. Therefore i need a cure anyways possible.

Where the hell's the key?! ">
You may not want to know.
Half the reason I didn't want to be a vampire was silly... cosmetic. The trap or whatever on the box made me look like an old woman. And the attribute drains are horrid. Small price for my blood's freedom? Please. I'll keep biting people and go for the greater soul gems.
