   I don't know why it doesn't work. One reason could be the use of GIMP.
   
   But you can try one thing: Set the texture quality to high, this should work fine (middle or low should cause the effect you described).

   Didn't work for me.Load screens look like a garbled mess of artifacts similar to when a video card gets fried.
