For vanilla, this page provides most of the information you'll need:
    http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Loading_Screens

    For DarkUI, you'll want this:
    http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4263

If you still have any specific questions after checking those out, feel free to PM me.

This file is only a readme. There is nothing else.

Umm, I have no idea what you are talking about. The file is 1103 kb (would be a rather large readme...) and contains all the necessary files. <img class=">

Not exactly, Vorians. Those 6 screens still appear randomly, for the moment, not only when you're in spires.

When I get a sufficient amount of Lost Spires screens (and finish the appropriate new background textures), I'll probably release a replacer set for the loading screens included with The Lost Spires so that they'll display only in the appropriate locations.

So this leaves all the non-Lost Spires screens from Atmos Dark UI Loading Screens untouched (pic with dark red border) but provides blue-bordered screens for when you're in the Spires? I'm downloading right now!
