This one keeps creating copies throughout the game in a lot of ruins, and it cloned Areldil, giving him and his extra a full set of Daedric armor and the chainsaw.
I extracted all the files as told, and put them in Oblivion's Data File, and checked the mod in Oblivion's data panel, and yet I still can't find the chainsaw. Someone once said that they found it in the Sideways Cave, and another person said that two NPCs had it, yet none of that has happened with me.

Three words come to mind when useing this: Overpowered, Insane & Beastly! Love it, good for a rock & roll warriors. Just holding this & watching it spin makes you want to use it on someone,like a marauder (or peasant!). Use with Daedric Lord Armor mod for coolness plus.
However, it is unrealisticly priced & just a bit overpowered (though I'm not sure if you should adjust that).
It does not have the standard ability to hit undead, as all daedric weapons do.
