People It Is Simple When You Start The Game A Specific Race Will Have 2 Master Skills Like High Elves Will Have Master Magic I Would Guess Beacuse Thats There Special Skill And If You Dont Understand Then Im Afraid Ur Ganna Need Some Pro Help...
I think what it does is start off each race with 2 predetermined skills at master level. At least that's what one would surmise from the paltry effort at description
Not to be harsh here Phoenixfirex, but uploading a file that apparently altars an important part of the game, not uploading images (you might soon, but I don't know that), and then telling us to "Play it to find out" is not the best way to get people to download or even consider downloading your mod. If you need help with a proper readme, lhammonds has a great one available. Just Google it.
