      There's no map marker, just head west out of the Imperial City. It's next to the inn.

   I bought the summon Gungnir book but it says I need the name of scarlet, and I can't seem to figure that out. What do I need to get the spell? Thanks

      call ur character scarlet by using enableracemenu in console then change back after u got spell

    You first should extract it. Then you copy the Meshes, Textures and .esp-Files and Folders to you C:\Programs(x84)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data Directory (Hope the path is correct, if not, open C:\ and search for Oblivion). If there is a Sound folder, too, copy it together with the others.
