As I've got the German version of TES IV-Oblivion I can not create any plugins in English cause I don't know the excact names of the cells for example. So if you use this plugin with the English version of TES IV-Oblivion, most of the cell names in the Elven Gardens District (as I said, I don't know the excact English names of it) will be changed to german.
Though, you have my permission to translate these names into English so I can upload the files as English versions.
Anyways, I'm glad that you like it. I'm lookin forward to change the whole Imperial City and upload it as single files, so every single file will change the districts of the IC.
@Wishmaster: Please don't use Google Translator or stuff like that. Bananasplit made some plugins which change the cities of Cyrodiil, my plugins are an alternative for these plugins from Bananasplit. I personally didn't like Bananasplit's plugins too much so I wanted to create them on my own.
@Tanto: Yes, this plugin is compatible with "Regal Imperial City", but you should use the textures of "Regal Imperial City" only, not the *.ESP-file. You can try to use the *.ESP-file form "Regal Imperial City", too but I did not test it, so try it at your own risk. I use "Regal Imperial City" with this, but the textures only.
@HfrafnHrafnson: This is part of a series, but it's the second part. The first part of the series is "FCC-Bruma", which can be find here:
I like the looks of this but i'm wondering if it's compatible with this. I don't want different looking textures for the addon. Also can someone confirm that this does change names to german?
Hoots7, This one makes the Elven gardens district better - part of a series (although I must admit, I've never seen the others). You can use German plugins in an English game, all they tend to do is rename things - sometimes randomly (e.g. a German sword mod turned all my necromancers into Totenbeschwörer!)

Looks like it makes the IC prettier with balconies right?
