Isn't this sort of cheating? The clone you fight is pretty hard. And this is just going in there and picking something up. I got the same bug you had, its a mod that conflicts with SI that wont let you activate the stone, all I did was unchecked most of my mods, killed the clone, got the branch and rechecked my mods. I'm not trying to say that your mod is rubbish, but maybe people can find another way around the bug.
I have long awaited real mods like this that help with somthing the developers shoudl have fixed before the relesed Shivering Isles. Although I am having some other issues with my Oblivion since my crash, I do appricate this mod and will install it as soon as I get the rest of my game back up to par. I will give this a 10 for 10 because anything that changes somthing like this deserves it.
omg! where was this when I had to uninstall most of my mods (Except anything that required KT's Custom Race fix to say "Hey guess what I Exist dammit!") to finish that????
