Actually, recreating this character as a Level 1 at the sewers exit would be extremely easy. Take any one of a hundred other save games here at TESSource.net that match your characters gender and race, then use Oblivion Face Exchange Lite to select your savegame character, click "Copy to Clipboard" and then edit the new savegame and select "Paste." This will take your characters face, hair, hair color and eyes and overwrite the existing character.
You could find another savegame that was a level 50(ish) player no matter what gender or race and load that save game, type "showracemenu" to change the gender and race to match your character, save the game and then perform the steps outline above. ">
