Adding a constant effect to armor or shields would produce a constant glow effect around one's character (think of the effect that surrounds him when he gets hit and has damage reflection on).
But yeah, I'll try it out ">, look for a Visually Enchanted Armor mod soonish.
My armor is CultBrian's CultBrian's Sauron_Armor_Chest, enchanted with sigil stones (using chest piece without cape).
Considered your own complete effects overhaul including fire/frost/shock etc?
I kinda like what this did for enchanting Drain and Soultrap / Detect Life, and what this did for the Fire / Frost / Shock. I personally recommend using the atlernates acid included: Fire 1, Frost 3, and Shock 2.
