   Really gorgeous! I can almost feel the warmth emanating from this stunning image.
   
   It's amazing how much light impacts this game. Of course, it does so with all games, but Oblivion seems especially sensitive to it. For example, when I played the game previously (prior to getting a much improved computer), I always found the light had a flat, opaque quality. But now, with my new machine and all the recent visual mods out there, Oblivion has a lovely, warm translucent look to it.

      I tried with 4 different graphic cards, one stronger than the previous one, and I can say you're right. But sumetimes some of them are less colorful than some other. This is the case for my last card, but I admit that textures are better. Thanks for comment.

      Yes, that's what I thought when I saw this effect in my game... it's an effect of the Tropical Weather mod by Elbethien.

   I know where you took this lovely picture.
   Those buildings work well with one of my favorite mods,
   though they do block the view of the river.

      As you, it's my favorite mod, it gives life to the game. I think it gives a nice look to the river.
